The most recent addition to the company, the HR Services Division are split broadly across two areas.

Interim HR and Recruitment Services – this team provide companies with interim resource to cover project work, major recruitment campaigns and maternity cover. We have a number of permanent and associate consultants whose areas of expertise cover Health and Safety, Recruitment, implementation of HR policies as well as the complicated worlds of Redundancies and TUPE. These services are available on an ad hoc or contracted basis allowing clients to cover specialist skill gaps in their HR team or enable them to outsource the entire HR & Recruitment function.

Part-Time Resource – geared more to the SME market, this team will offer smaller organizations the same resource as the corporate world, for a part time cost. SME’s need to have policies and processes in place and still have staff to recruit just like the corporate marketplace so why not benefit from a similar resource.
