We were asked by the HR Director to concentrate on a number of key roles which would help them through a period of major change resulting in one of their UK Contact Centres being closed and the work moved to one of their own off shore centres. Over a period of 3 months we recruited a new Group CIO, a Project Manager, an HR Project Manager, a Data Analyst and some additional support personnel. Salaries ranged from £20-200k.
National Courier Business
Part of a Global PLC, we were approached by the Customer Service Director, to recruit a completely new Customer care team across 13 UK locations and the UK Head Office. This was due to failing service levels and trading below target for profit. Over a 12 month period we focused in 3 tranches of work across 4-5 locations at one time. In total over the year we recruited c130 Agents and 13 Team Leaders across the external sites and an additional 25 Agents, an Ops Manager and a Head of Contact Centre for the Head Office function.
National New House Builder
Upon recommendation and following a review of their UK Customer Experience, the MD Designate approached us to recruit the Head of Customer Care for one of the businesses divisions. Once this role had been recruited, we were then retained to recruit 6 Area Customer Care Managers, 8 Customer Care Coordinators and 4 Quality Control Specialists over a 3 month period.

We work closely with both the central HR team and the Divisional MDs of this high end business and have undertaken Search assignments for Head of Customer Service and 2 Customer Service Managers and have recruited a number of other roles across the Customer Service and support functions for 4 of the 5 UK Divisions.
